The successful candidate will draft and maintain governance documentation, develop policies, and ensure compliance with organizational directives and NATO frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical subject with substantial IT content
• 5 years post-related experience or 8 years extensive and progressive expertise in governance, risk, compliance, policy writing, or institutional oversight
• Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Demonstrated experience in governance, risk, compliance, policy writing, or institutional oversight
• Demonstrated experience working in a cybersecurity organization
• Familiarity with military or defence organizational structures
• Excellent analytical and structured writing skills
• Experience handling sensitive or restricted information
