Requirements

• Experience leading technical multidisciplinary teams
• Technical expertise in AI, Azure AI, AI Foundry, AI Search, and Azure environments
• Experience in agile management (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and connect with clients and stakeholders
• Passion for mentoring, pairing, and promoting team growth
