Job Description
Enchanted Rock is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the budget, progress reporting, stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning for complex projects. This role requires a strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive positive change. The ideal candidate will build trust and credibility with ERock’s team, demonstrating an action-oriented approach and influence over projects and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience
- Project Management Certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role
- Minimum 5+ years technical field experience (energy & technology)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience working within agile methodologies
- Field travel required
