Requirements

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and established plan of care (POC).
• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills (mobile device operation).
