Marketing Communications Intern - Summer 2026

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will play an active role in shaping how Encore connects with its team members. You will support internal communication programs and key initiatives by partnering with functional leaders and other stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Basic understanding of communication channels
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and contribute to communication plans
• Confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop and/or other design software
• Knowledge of SharePoint and intranet development
