Requirements
- CDA/AA preferred
- 1-3 Years of Experience required
- State specific
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
- Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion about Early Childhood education is essential for this role
