Requirements
- MACTE accredited Montessori 3-6 training
- 2+ years in a Montessori classroom as a lead or assistant guide
- 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California
- Current background check
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment
- Willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
