Kitchen Staff

The Kitchen Staff supports the Kitchen Manager in preparing, cooking, and serving nutritious meals for shelter residents.

Requirements

• Assist with preparing, cooking, and portioning meals according to planned menus.
• Set up serving areas and help distribute meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager with inventory, deliveries, and stocking supplies.
