Job Description
EnduroSat is seeking a highly experienced Chief Space Systems Engineer to oversee complete satellite systems engineering lifecycles and manage space mission projects from inception to delivery. The role requires extensive experience in satellite design, systems engineering, and project management, and it's based in Denver, Colorado. It involves leading and managing missions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring mission objectives are met on schedule.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in satellite systems engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency of all satellite subsystems (propulsion, power, payload, communications, etc.) and their integration
- Experienced with full satellite lifecycles, including mission design, AI&T, launch, and on-orbit operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex space mission projects
- Excellent communication skills
- US citizen or US permanent resident
