HSSEQ Lead

We are looking for a driven HSSEQ Lead who, together with management, will ensure a strong safety and quality culture within our organization in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Requirements

• Develop and implement HSSEQ strategies, policies, and systems
• Stimulate safety, compliance, and awareness
• Promote a proactive HSSEQ culture
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Conduct risk analyses, audits, and incident investigations
• Develop and provide HSSEQ training
• Implement and maintain ISO standards
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and initiate continuous improvement projects
• Work with external auditors and industry organizations
