Job Description
The Senior Supervisor role at NDE, PWHT, Hydrostatic Testing, and Component Paint processes is a leadership position responsible for team management and performance improvement. The role focuses on safety, quality, and throughput through weekly KPIs, team building, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a strategic leader to build and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 2-year technical diploma/vocational certificate desired.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Implementation/Manufacturing desired.
- Experience with hydrostatic testing and industrial coatings.
- Ability to read and interpret Enerflex pipe fabrication drawings.
- 5 years of experience at a supervisory level in a fast-paced pipe fabrication environment.
