Job Description
Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Workday Developer to join their team and enhance the HRM, Financials, and PSA platforms. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining system enhancements, integrations, reports, and dashboards, supporting HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders with data accuracy and automation. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to organizational policies and audit standards.
Requirements
- Design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors.
- Support end users with Workday functionality and reporting needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
- Strong ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
