The Industrial Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures all work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with EnerMech’s standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial or heavy construction projects
- Proven experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, mining, or large industrial facilities
- Proficiency with project management software such as P6, MS Project, and Procore
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, and QA/QC procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced industrial environments
- Ability to climb, walk uneven terrain, and regularly visit active construction sites
