Requirements

• Draft and execute EPC contracts in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Prepare RFPs for clients and commercial bids.
• Negotiate and buyout contracts.
• Manage construction schedules and budgets.
• Review and advise on EPC contracts.
• Oversee invoicing and contract renewals.
