Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the coordination and oversight of utility-scale photovoltaic project development and financing. The role involves ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of project documentation through a holistic view of projects and teams, from development to EPC contracting. This is a key position within a dynamic and multinational team focused on carbon-free and sustainable energy.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (Electrical desirable)
- 5–8 years of professional experience in utility-scale PV projects
- Strong technical knowledge of PV plant design and permitting requirements
- Design Software skills: PVsyst, Autocad, PVcase...
- Previous experience managing external engineering service providers
- Familiarity with procurement processes and technical support in contract negotiations
- Understanding of regulatory and permitting frameworks in renewable energy
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish desired
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing deadlines
