Job Description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two high-performing teams responsible for Card Processing, ensuring millions of transactions are processed securely and reliably every day.
Requirements
- Experience leading and managing high performing Backend Engineers.
- Experience leading multiple teams.
- Proven track record of building and running reliable backend systems, ideally in Java (Spring Boot) on AWS.
- Experience managing systems with strict SLAs, observability, and traceability.
- Excellent communication in English, with the ability to align teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
