Job Description
Join our team as a People and Culture Advisor and be a catalyst for change in workplaces across Canada. As a remote role with occasional travel, you'll support clients with their day-to-day HR needs, jump in on HR projects, and learn the ropes of consulting.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in HR, business, or related field
- 3 or more years of HR experience or a mix of internships, co-ops, and early career roles
- Curiosity, initiative, and desire to learn
- Great communication skills and talent for building trust and connection
- Comfort with technology and HRIS or ATS experience is a plus
- Working toward CPHR designation or planning to start soon
- Good sense of humour
