As part of our motivated team, you will play a key role in acquisition, marketing, and comprehensive advisory. Your tasks are an essential part of our mission:
- Consultation of property owners of residential and commercial properties from acquisition to marketing to the notary and after sales
- Creation of market price and potential analyses, control of the marketing process, accompaniment of the entire transaction process
- Consultation of investors and interested parties on the purchase side
- Observation and interpretation of the local real estate market as well as relevant current economic and political developments
- Mediation between various interested parties, mediation, showing of action perspectives, and development of solution approaches
- Ensuring professional and long-term customer care - from the first contact to regular customer events to recurring personal advisory conversations
- Representation of the brand and ensuring high-quality advisory quality
