Job Description
You will ensure the daily programming of customer interventions, programming certain network interventions, and regulate urgent installations with client appointments. You will also contribute to customer satisfaction and industrial safety within the GRDF agency team.
Requirements
- Holder of a Bac
- Holder of a CAP/BEP and significant experience, 10 years minimum, in planning, administrative secretariat or similar function
- Excellent interpersonal skills (especially on the phone)
- Autonomous
- Rigorous in respecting operational methods
- Organized and reactive in managing your activities
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Ability to adapt and manage emergencies
- Indispensable taste for teamwork
