As a Customer Experience Senior Specialist, you will support the management and day-to-day operations of key account and strategic partner relationships, providing operational and analytical support, customer engagement, and performance tracking to deliver a seamless experience for key account customers and channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail energy or energy sector
- Strong foundation in customer service and relationship management
- Experience using Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
- Knowledgeable in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic sales organization and across cross-functional teams
