Requirements
- Monitor the closing of accounts for the companies under your charge, reviewing that all provisions, manual accounting records, reclassifications, applications for accounts receivable and payable, including inter-company operations, are recorded on time and with the required quality.
- Review and correct all open items on the accounts of transitory bank accounts, as well as monitor invoices from suppliers and customers that have a significant age pending payment or collection.
- Load the accounting balances of SAP to Cartesis on the closing dates of the month, ensuring that the figures between the two systems do not contain differences, the publication of the accounting package Actual-SENA will be made based on the closing calendars issued by the consolidation area, which normally takes place in the WD+3.
- Generate and complete the consolidation accounting packages of IFRS in Cartesis in accordance with the calendars issued by the consolidation area, which may be monthly or quarterly as applicable.
- Perform IFRS16 activities for required business units, registering monthly accounting movements, adjustments, etc., share reports with SMEs and managers, and attend necessary requirements.
- Prepare and review reconciliations of balance sheets on time and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure the closure of the cockpit (checklist of activities) in SAP with the T-code FCLOCO.
- Ensure the correct delivery of information to external and internal auditors, having a wide explanation of the process as well as legible and easy-to-understand supporting documents.
- Identify areas of opportunity and create policies, operating procedures and other supporting documentation in GBS.
- Interact and have good communication with all the team, both internal and external, creating a good work environment, healthy labor relationship and assisting them when they need it (Between processes and towers).
- Maintain service attention for our business partner.
- Active communication with the immediate superior (N+1).
- Be responsible for ensuring that the expected service is met by the business units, always adding value to the activities, whether by reducing times, automating or creating reports that generate value.
- Support new projects and provide commercial support when required.
