ENGIE is seeking a Field Technician Generator to carry out mechanical maintenance on industrial generators and auxiliary systems. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and/or electrical skills, experience in generator maintenance, and be fluent in English and willing to obtain a medio level (B2) in French or Dutch.
Requirements
- Carry out mechanical maintenance on industrial generators and auxiliary systems
- Participate in site preparation and work closely with expert engineers
- Take on a versatile role depending on the project, acting as either a field technician, a site supervisor, or both
- Oversee resources and materials, ensuring proper execution of tasks, timely delivery, and coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
- Respond to unplanned events or incidents, analyzing issues on-site and working hands-on to restore generator functionality
