Objektverantwortlicher HKLS (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced object responsible HKLS to join our team at ENGIE. The object responsible is responsible for maintenance and repair work within the trades of heating, ventilation, and sanitary facilities at our customer's site.

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechanical engineer SHK, central heating and ventilation fitter, gas and water installer, or comparable
• Several years of experience as a service technician or customer service technician in the field of technical facility management, supply technology, or building technology
• Knowledge of MS Office packages and Planon
• Service-oriented customer care and independent working style
• Good knowledge of German (at least B1) and a valid driving license of class B
