Project Engineer, Advisor position at ENGIE North America Inc. with a 50-year partnership with Georgetown University to operate, maintain, and enhance campus utility systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in utility systems, energy infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects
- Strong understanding of system design, codes, standards, and best practices for campus or industrial utilities
- Experience with feasibility and front-end engineering design (FEED/FEL) studies
- Proficiency with design tools (AutoCAD, Revit) and modeling software (e.g., KYpipe or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience reviewing design submittals, change orders, and RFId
- Familiarity with Public-Private Partnership (P3) or long-term concession environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to ensure design constructability, safety, and lifecycle performance
