Responsable d'équipe exploitation Industrie (F/H)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the exploitation of an industrial perimeter with multiple sites, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, in the departments 37 and 18.

Requirements

• Ensure the technical, energy, and financial performance of contracts
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of operation
• Manage and animate a team of around 25 people
• Organize schedules, priorities, and competence development of teams
• Accompany the development of internal skills

Benefits

• Annual gross salary: €45,000 to €48,000 depending on experience
• Variable: up to 15.75%
