We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Participatory Innovation Facilitator Intern / Open innovation enabler. This is a 6-month internship position that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Requirements
- Validating new users and updating the database
- Setting up indicators for tracking relationships, analyzing operational performance, and evaluating the value created for ENGIE through collaborations with startups
- Contributing to matchmaking between startups and operational entities, identifying needs, selecting startups, and organizing meetups
- Contributing to the coordination of the user community: identifying user needs and proposing solutions, integrating entities into a collaborative project, and analyzing proposed solutions
- Participating in the strategy for evolving the platform
- Accompanying Group entities in the good use of the tool and autonomous use
- Ensuring the integration of the device into entity decision-making processes
- Ensuring the good integration of start-ups into the tool by entities, their interactions with entities, and the capitalization of data
