Total Rewards Manager leads the strategy, development, implementation, and management of all Employee total rewards programs ensuring market competitive programs. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining human resources information systems (HRIS) and partnering with payroll to ensure accurate and consistent payroll function for ETE. The Total Rewards Manager is also responsible for leading employees to ensure strong service orientation and delivery of valuable people centric Total Rewards programs.
