This role focuses on accurate budgeting and estimating for retrofit projects, requiring practical field experience and the ability to align with various stakeholders. They specialize in energy-efficient solutions and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical HVAC estimating experience
• Retrofit experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and retrofit complexities
• College degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
