Requirements
- Completed study in economics, IT or a comparable field
- Comprehensive experience in the field of Customer Success, Consulting, Customer Service or Account Management, preferably in the software sector
- Technical understanding and experience in working with software solutions
- Fluent German and secure English in the business context
