Job Description
Join our team as a Business Development & AI Automation Working Student (20-24 hours per week) and combine technical skills with real business impact. You'll automate workflows, support growth initiatives, and help scale a growing AI engineering company from the inside out.
Requirements
- Actively support the Business Development team in lead generation, market research, and preparing compelling materials for client meetings.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and implement small-scale scripts/tools to automate manual internal workflows.
- Leverage data analysis, CRM automation, and AI tools to help the Business Development team identify, qualify, and track potential leads.
- Analyze current ways of working and pitch/implement technical solutions to make the company leaner and faster.
