Primary Principal

Enko Education is seeking a dynamic and visionary Primary School Principal to lead their primary school into growth and excellence. The Principal will be responsible for shaping the future of young learners, inspiring a culture of curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. This role involves leading a team, overseeing academic programs, building partnerships with parents, and contributing to school goals. Reporting to the Head of School.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in primary education and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, arts education, and student assessment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators and staff.
• Physical requirements (standing, walking, occasional lifting).
