Job Description
We are hiring an AI Solutions Analyst to support the design, iteration, and adoption of AI workstreams at Ennoble Care from the administration side. This role will act as a product owner in miniature, sourcing opportunities, drafting and testing AI agents, and driving adoption with providers and staff.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, product, business analysis, or healthcare operations
- Experience with prompt engineering and building AI-powered workflows
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex requirements into simple workflows
- Comfort with provider-facing or staff-facing change management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
