Job Description
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to provide face-to-face assessments to hospice patients in Bergen/Hudson County, NJ. This role involves conducting visits, performing physical exams, and collaborating with physicians and patients. The position is a Per Diem role with a per-visit payment structure.

- Valid Role certification in state of job location

- 1-2 years of primary care experience with older adults
