Job Description
As a Deputy Head of Business - Consumer, you will support the leader of one of Enova’s product line teams in developing strategy and managing the business daily. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of compliance. Collaboration with other teams and strong communication skills are key.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (strategy, product or operations in related industry strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to collaborate, motivate teams, and drive performance.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
