Team Leader – Dipartimento Vendite

Enpal is a rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy sector, looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader to lead our sales team in the solar sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial teams and a strong knowledge of the renewable energy market.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role in the sales sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Results-oriented and proactive approach;
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market (an asset);
• Excellent command of the Italian language; knowledge of English or German is considered an asset;
• Availability to work full-time on-site.
