Job Description
Enphase Energy is seeking a Technical Product Trainer to build and deliver training programs for customers and partners. This role involves designing training curricula, conducting in-person and virtual sessions, maintaining training resources, and staying updated on Enphase products and competitor offerings. The position requires collaboration with European teams and is based in France.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical training role
- Experience within the renewable industry
- Fluency in both local and English languages (B2 level minimum)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of developing and delivering technical product training
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable presenting on camera
- Passion for renewables
- Willingness to travel
