We are seeking a Public Benefit Specialist to join our team at Ardent - BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX. This role will involve interviewing uninsured/under-insured patients to determine eligibility for state Medicaid benefits or financial assistance programs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues
• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in Revenue Cycle (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
