Job Description
We are seeking a Public Benefit Specialist to join our team at Ensemble Health Partners. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues. The role involves reviewing uninsured/under-insured patients for program eligibility opportunities, initializing and coordinating the application process, and communicating with patients to obtain necessary documents.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues
- High School Diploma or GED
- CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
