Production Scheduler

We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our Energetic Assembly Value Stream as a Production Scheduler. This role is responsible for comprehensively planning and managing the execution of daily manufacturing activities required to support the production programs within specified production cells.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or an Engineering Discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years of applicable experience would be considered.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and assignments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good working knowledge of computer applications such as ERP/MRP, proficient in MS Office Suite: Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Ability to motivate people, particularly a production workforce environment.
• LEAN Manufacturing concept implementation experience preferred.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
