Job Description
This position requires a Senior Capacity Planner to manage multiple projects, support client environments, and identify KPI's. The role involves providing technical consulting, training, and guidance to other teams, establishing relationships with external partners, and defining automation solutions. Experience with mainframe resources and knowledge of OS internals are key.
Requirements
- Program coding experience
- JCL and/or script coding experience
- MXG or similar tools expertise
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Multiple project management experience
- Support of client environments
- Database and data warehouse concepts
- Weekend support (1 out of 10 weekends)
- Support role on-call rotation
- KPI identification and definition
- Client forecasting models development
- Mastery of corporate IT computing processes
