Job Description
Ensono is seeking a Senior Data Center Operations Analyst to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot internal and external systems. The role involves high-level interaction with clients, documenting issues, and ensuring system reliability. This is an onsite position in Weehawken, NJ.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or advanced degree + experience
- 8+ years of IT experience and system monitoring expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
