Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in equipment and facilities engineering
- Proven track record of leading equipment and facilities engineering in advanced manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on background with complex manufacturing equipment and infrastructure
- Experience building reliability and maintenance systems from immature or reactive states
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
