Injection Molding Machine Operator

We are seeking a Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team in Chaska, MN. The role involves operating injection molding machines, monitoring and inspecting presses, and performing second operations such as clipping, gating, or sorting. The position is a contract role with possibility of conversion to a permanent position in the future.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience working in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software
• Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance
• Must be able to stand and walk for 50% of the duration of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be worn at all times while on duty
