Job Description
Enterpret is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CTO and Founder with strategic and administrative excellence. This role involves stakeholder communication, driving initiatives forward, managing budgets and vendors, and providing coaching and mentorship. The company is building an AI-native platform to manage customer feedback and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, within a founder’s office, or in a related operational role.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to translate strategy into action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias for Action: Act decisively and move fast.
- Builder / AI-native: Comfortable with technology and able to create or automate internal systems.
