Requirements

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and fund accounting principles
• Excellent financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills
• High-level organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Team leadership with experience supervising accounting staff
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar)
• Familiarity with nonprofit, healthcare, real estate, and government contract accounting highly desirable
