Handyman 1

American Homestays is seeking a Handyman to perform repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Handyman will work independently to address a wide range of issues and ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of properties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Proficiency in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
