Operations Manager 5

Operations Manager 5: This role is a multi-employer position with 14 separate organizations. The Operations Manager 5 will oversee facility operations, staff support, regulatory compliance, and direct oversight of residential services. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multi-disciplinary teams, support residents with complex needs, and ensure continuous licensure readiness. The Operations Manager 5 will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards. The role requires excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as competence in crisis response, scheduling systems, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in residential care, assisted living, or nursing home leadership
• Supervisory experience (2+ years) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass background and reference checks
