Job Description
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide direct psychiatric care, medication management, clinical oversight, and regulatory leadership in compliance with COMAR 10.21.20. The role is part-time, with approximately 24 hours per week allocated across three affiliated companies: Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, and Freedom Healthcare.
Requirements
- Active licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Possession of a valid DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration
- Possession of a valid CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) registration
- Willingness and ability to maintain professional medical malpractice insurance coverage
