Job Description
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets, including painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with repair/maintenance of household items ('handyman' type skills)
- Ability to lift at least 80 pounds repeatedly
