Join our dynamic team as a Project Estimator in Saint John, NB! As a Project Estimator, you'll take ownership of cost estimation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor costs, and local codes.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with time management skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
